'Winter Worship' is quite a nice mix of Atmospheric Black Metal and Ambient. All four songs are instrumentals, and each one ends rather abruptly (so don't be alarmed). Tracks 1 and 2 are the more majestic and fast-moving tracks with lots of guitar, keyboards, and some impressive drumming. Tracks 3 and 4 are the more serene, ambient tracks.

Nightchants is a favorite of mine. It sounds ancient and raw but still clear. Love the cold riffs, of which there are many.

W became WINTAAR but fortunately the sound did not change at all. It is still raw, atmospheric and melodic underground black metal, full of true spirit and inspiration. The epic tunes are the perfect soundtrack for the dark seasons. (Rank 11 in my best of 2017 list)
